The staff was very amiable which made me feel welcome. I booked a twin room with central heating, an iron and ironing board, and coffee/tea making equipment. This accommodation was in the central location to an event locally. Moreover, it's near to local buses, a beautiful residential area, and pubs and restaurants.

Enjoyed the room with excellent facilities, my bed was very comfy. Having a shower, a hairdryer, and fresh towels was a bonus. The personnel was lovely, and the owner too. The hotel had handy and perfect location short walk to the shops, Chester and Liverpool and ferry.

Convenient location with plenty of restaurants nearby and excellent transport connections. Also close to the ferry, which is a big plus for exploring the area. 😊 The staff here are really friendly and made my stay enjoyable.

I thoroughly enjoyed this nicely decorated place, stayed there for 3 nights. The whole staff was lovely. The location was perfectly comfortable, to an event locally, convenient to go everywhere. Further, it was really close to a good area to explore The Wirral as well as the shops.

The hotel overlooked a beautiful garden, and the room was well-appointed. Every member of staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, and there was central heating, an iron, ironing board, and coffee/tea making facilities in the room. I was pleased to find a bathtub. The hotel's central location was convenient for the local event.

It was a comfortable and handy location for us, just next door to restaurants, a good area to explore The Wirral and excellent transport links. Also, we were 3 km from St Saviours c of e Church.

The room at Upton Village Guest House was immaculate and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We appreciated the provided tea, coffee, and bottled water, as well as the complimentary toiletries. The convenience of having shops, cafes, and other amenities just a short walk away was a big plus. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of this place was quiet and perfect for the local event, the queen room was spacious and had excellent facilities, the staff was very friendly, and the host was welcoming.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider breakfast selection.
